Looped Blind Cords
THE tragic circumstances surrounding the death of Menstrie toddler Muireann McLaughlin shocked the whole of the county. The two-year-old died on 5 February 2008 after becoming tangled in a window blind cord in her bedroom.

I believe the Government should be doing more to regulate the UK window blind industry to ensure that looped blind cords are no longer used in their products.
